Creating a Technical Working Group to Propose Guidelines for the Sale and/or Disposal of the Banked Gas of the Philippine National Oil Company
WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 9513, otherwise known as the "Department of Energy Act of 1992," provides that the Department of Energy (DOE) shall ensure continuous, adequate, and economic supply of energy;
WHEREAS, Section 13 of Republic Act No. 7638 placed by the Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC) as an attached agency of the DOE;
