CALL FOR COMMENTS

The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments and inputs on the draft Department Circular titled, “Prescribing Further Policies and Amending Department Circular No. DC2020-10-0022, entitled “Prescribing the Policies to Enhance the Net-Metering Program for Renewable Energy Systems” for the Enhancements of the Net-Metering Program”. 

Kindly submit your comments and/or inputs to remb9513@doe.gov.ph and swemd.remb@doe.gov.ph on or before 28 December 2023. Email Subject: Comments on the DC for Enhancement of Net-Metering Program.

Official DOE Solar PV Installer Registry (updated as of 30 November 2023)

The DOE Solar PV Installer Registry may serve as a reference and guide for interested Government Entities for the assessment and installation of Solar PV Systems in their respective buildings and facilities. The DOE does not endorse and listed Solar PV Installer. Products and services shall undergo the usual government procurement procedure pursuant to Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, and other existing relevant rules and regulation.

EVCS Unbundling Advisory: “BE INFORMED: DOE – Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) Unbundling of Charging Fees for the month of December 2023.”

Charging Fee refers to the amount imposed on EV users in exchange for the use of commercial use charging stations whose individual components shall be unbundled pursuant to Section 11(j) of the EVIDA-Implementing Rules and Regulations (EVIDA-IRR).

Under the DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-05-0010 - Guidelines on the Unbundling of Electric Vehicle Charging Station (EVCS) Charging Fee Pursuant to Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA), the following are the EVCS Charging Fees of the registered location/stations as of 01 December 2023:
