Request for Comments on the Draft Department Circular on Promulgating the Rules and Guidelines Governing the Establishment of the Renewable Portfolio Standards for Off-Grid Areas

CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy (DOE) is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments on the  draft RPS for Off-Grid.

Deadline for submission of comments is  on or before February 28, 2017 to [email protected] or to [email protected]  or Fax No. 840-2151.
