ILOCOS WIND FARM. Standing optimistic along the stretch of the 52-megawatt Bangui Wind Farm in Ilocos Norte are the delegates of the 44th APEC- Expert Group on New Renewable Energy Technology (EGNRET), who advocate for future of renewable energy industry in the Asia-Pacific.
