1. Early Procurement Activities for CY2021 DOE Annual Janitorial, Maintenance, and Hygienic Pest Control Services.

The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of Php19,300,000.00 has already considered the SSS and Philhealth contributions for the year 2021. Hence, as inquired during the Pre-Bid Conference conducted last 22nd December 2020 the Bac is issuing the following clarifications:

1. The ABC will be unchanged at Php19,300,000.00
2. The basis of the computation of SSS and Philhealth Contribution should be based on the latest issuance of the SSS and Philhealth.
3. In case there are discrepancies in the SSS and Philhealth contribution or in any items in the Bid Detail submission, the same shall be subject for arithmetical correction as provided for under the rules of RA 9184.

All other items and conditions in the Bid Documents issued by the DOE-BAC not consistent with this Supplemental / Bid Bulletin shall remain valid and effective.
