Request for Comments on the Draft Department Circular entitled "Directing Amendments and Providing Additonal Guidelines to the Department Circular No. DC 2004-02-002 entitled "Prescribing the Guidelines for the Formulation of a Five-Yar Distribution Development Plan Pursuant to Section 2 of Department of Energy Circular No. DC 2003-12-0011 entitled "Enjoining all Distribution Utilities to Supply Adequate, Affordable, Quality and Reliable Electricity"

CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy (DOE) is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments on the Department Circular:

Directing Amendments and Providing Additonal Guidelines to the Department Circular No. DC 2004-02-002 entitled "Prescribing the Guidelines for the Formulation of a Five-Yar Distribution Development Plan Pursuant to Section 2 of Department of Energy Circular No. DC 2003-12-0011 entitled "Enjoining all Distribution Utilities to Supply Adequate, Affordable, Quality and Reliable Electricity"
