The Department of Energy, through the Electric Power Industry Management Bureau, requests interested parties and stakeholders for comments and recommendations on the draft Department Circular entitled "Prescribing the Policy Framework on the Development of Natural Gas Power Generation Facilities in the Luzon Main Grid in Support to Energy Transition".
