Call for Comments Regarding the Proposed Department Circular entitled, "Guidelines on the Duty-Free Importation and Monitoring of the Utilization of RE Machinery, Equipment, Materials and Spare Parts"

CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy (DOE) is hereby requesting concerned RE Developers and other entities enjoying the privileges of tax and duty-free importation to submit their comments/inputs on the draft Department Circular entitled, "Guidelines on the Duty-Free Importation and Monitoring of the Utilization of RE Machinery, Equipment, Materials and Spare Parts".
