The Department of Energy, through the Eleftric Power Industry Management Bureau, hereby requests interested parties and stakeholders for comments and recommendations on the draft circular entitled "Prescribing the Policy and Guidelines for the Formulation of the Distribution Utilities Distribution Development Plan (DDP) Integrating the Relevant Laws, Policy Issuances, Rules and Regulations".
