Call for Comments on the Draft Department Circular entitled,"Promulgating the Revised Rules and Guidelines Governing the Operationalization of the Renewable Portfolio Standards for Off-Grid Areas Pursuant to Section 12 of the Renewable Energy Act of 2008"

CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy through the Renewable Energy is hereby requesting all concerned and interested parties to submit comments and recommendations to the Draft Department Circular, “Promulgating the Revised Rules and Guidelines Governing the Operationalization of the Renewable Portfolio Standards for Off-Grid Areas Pursuant to Section 12 of the Renewable Energy Act of 2008.”
 
Comments will be accepted until 02 March 2023 and should be submitted to:
