Invitation to Comment on the Draft Department Circular entitled "Implementing the Philippine National Standard Specification for Kerosene (PNS/DOE QS 009:2019)

Notice is hereby given to all parties to comment on the draft Department Circular Implementing the Philippine National Standard for Kerosene (PNS/DOE QS 009:2019).

All comments and suggestion must be received on or before October 20, 2020. Any proposed change to the specifications must be supported with technical explanation/justification and e-mailed to tcppasecretariat@gmail.com.
