- Department Circular entitled, "PRESCRIBING THE REVISED RULES GOVERNING THE REVIEW AND EVALUATION OF DIRECT CONNECTION APPLICATIONS OF INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL AND OTHER QUALIFIED ELECTRICITY END-USERS AND ECOZONE ENTERPRISES"; and
- Department Order entitled, "COMPOSITION OF DIRECT CONNECTION REVIEW AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE (D-REC) AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. DO2014-11-0019".
