ANNOUNCEMENT
''The Department of Energy (DOE) is pleased to announce that we will be conducting a Public Consultation to discuss the draft DOE - Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Joint Circular (JC) No. 4, series of 2024 titled, “Providing Further Policy Governing the Implementation of the Relocation and Payment of Electric Poles/Facilities owned by the Electric Cooperatives affected by the Implementation of Government Projects."
In this regard, we would like to invite one (1) to two (2) designated representative/s only from each agency/party to attend and participate in the aforementioned public consultations. For reference, attached are copies of the draft DOE-DPWH JC No. 4 and the provisional program of activities.
For registration and confirmation of attendance on or before 30 August 2024, you may register thru the confirmation link or scan the QR code below. The specific venue or meeting link will be sent later to the confirmed participants.
