The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties and stakeholders to submit their comments on the draft Department Circular, entitled “Adopting Further Amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Rules and WESM Manual on Dispatch Protocol, and Creation of WESM Manual on Ancillary Services Monitoring Regarding the Reserve Market Compliance and Related Enforcement and Actions”.

The deadline for submission of comments is on 07 December 2023.
