The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit comments on the following draft Department Circulars:
- Adopting Further Amendments to the WESM Rules and WESM Manuals on Dispatch Protocol and Market Surveillance regarding Refinements to Procedures during Market Intervention/Market Suspension Procedures; https://forms.office.com/r/yz5gX5LBBG
- Adopting Further Amendments to WESM Rules and Enforcement and Compliance Manual in Alignment with the Penalty Manual Revisions; and
