The Department of Energy, Energy Resource Development Bureau (ERDB), will be launching the Philippine Conventional Energy Contracting Program (PCECP) pursuant to DOE Department Circular (DC) No. DC2017-12-0017 in order to promote petroleum exploration in the Philippines.

In this regard, the DOE is soliciting proposals for a prospective data management service provider to handle data viewing and data package sales for the Pre-Determined Areas of the PCECP. Additional guidelines will be issued by the DOE on the said data management services.
