In line with the Department's physical / mental fitness and sports development program to foster self-discipline, teamwork and excellence towards the development of a healthy and alert workforce pursuant to CSC Memo Circular Nos. 38, s. of 1992 and 06, s. of 1995, a DOE PHYSICAL FITNESS & SPORTS COMMITTEE (DOE-PFSC) for the year 2004 is hereby created.
