PRESCRIBING THE MINIMUM ENERGY PERFORMANCE (MEP) FOR THE COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL AND TRANSPORT SECTORS FOR COMPLIANCE OF DESIGNATED ESTABLISHMENTS UNDER THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND CONSERVATION ACT
