The Department of Energy (DOE) is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments and recommendations for the finalization of the Draft Department Circular entitled “Guidelines for the Conduct of the Nuclear Power Generation Capacity Tender for the Nuclear Power Plant and Succeeding Nuclear Power Plants.”

The comments aim to gather additional stakeholder inputs on the revised draft, which has been updated following the initial request for comments and recommendations received in June 2026. The comments received will be reviewed for consideration in the finalization of the Department Circular.
