CALL FOR COMMENTS AND INVITATION FOR VIRTUAL PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS (PUBCON) ON THE VARIOUS DRAFT DEPARTMENT CIRCULARS (DCs) ADOPTING FURTHER AMENDMENTS TO THE WHOLESALE ELECTRICITY SPOT MARKET RULES AND MARKET MANUALS
The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties and stakeholders to submit their comments on the following draft DCs:
- Adopting Further Amendments to the WESM Rules and Market Manuals in Alignment with the Market Surveillance Committee (MSC) Process; and
- Adopting Further Amendment to the WESM Rules and Enforcement Compliance Manuals related to Enforcement Proceedings and Clarifying Compliance Guidelines.
The deadline for submission of comments is until 07 OCTOBER 2026.
