Invitation for Public Consultation on Various Draft Department Circulars

The Department of Energy (DoE) through the Renewable Energy Management Bureau (REMB) will conduct a series of face-to-face Public Consultations on the following draft Department Circulars:
  1. The Rules and Regulations on Administrative Actions for Violations of the RPS Rules;
  2. Declaration of the Full Commercial Operations of the Renewable Energy Market; and
  3. Amendment to Green Energy Auction Program Guidelines.
The Public Consultations will be scheduled as follows:

27 June 2023 Ilocos Norte Luzon On-Grid and Off-Grid Mandated Participants, and RE Developers
5 July 2023 Zamboanga City Mindanao On-Grid and Off-Grid Mandated Participants, and RE Developers
11 July 2023 Bohol Visayas On-Grid and Off-Grid Mandated Participants, and RE Developers
