The Department of Energy (DOE) invites all interested stakeholders and the public to submit comments and recommendations on the Draft Department Circular Entitled “Supplemental Guidelines Providing for the Implementation and Enforcement of Department of Energy Department Circular No. DC2026-02-0006, Otherwise Known as the “Power Generator Accountability Policy,” and Other Related Issuances”.
All stakeholders and interested parties shall accomplish the attached matrix to submit comments and recommendations to the DOE through the email address indicated therein.
The DOE will accept comments and recommendations on the draft Department Circular on or before August 20, 2026 through submission to:
