EV Advisory:
DID YOU KNOW?
The Department of Energy (DOE) is committed to help our Electric Vehicle Industry develop and grow bigger. As of 31 August 2026, there are a total of four hundred twenty-two (422) DOE Accredited EVCS Providers that provide more accessible charging station solutions that are safe and reliable for your electric vehicle.
Aligned with the Comprehensive Roadmap for the EV Industry (CREVI), the EVCS Providers will be accredited as follows:
· Operator - refers to entity engaged in the operation of EVCS who are collecting fees from EV users in exchange for the use of facilities of EVCS to charge EVs.
· Service - refers to entity engaged in the construction, installation, data and payment management, and maintenance of EVCS who are collecting fees for the said service.
· Supplier - refers to entity engaged in the selling of EVCS, or any of its parts/components for a fee.
The DOE encourages all stakeholders to engage exclusively with DOE-Accredited EVCS Providers. This ensures that your electric vehicle charger installation and related services remain compliant with the minimum safety and technical standards.
